As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.
The truth is that yesterday I shared the idea of emotional congestion, and also tried to exemplify my thoughts with the use of examples. After a process of reflecting on these thoughts, I actually think that emotional congestion is very real. The reason why it is not talked about, not taken seriously, or there might be skepticism is because we can't actually see how emotion affects how our body responds to life events or experiences, until there is some sort of physical appearance, change in mood, or our daily living. But I began to think even deeper, and realized once again about the power of emotions, connected to the idea of life, creating, and creation.
Emotional energy is very real. Thought life is very real. We can once again think of other examples such as how the body reacts to stress. There might be high blood pressure, low blood pressure, heart attacks, or stroke. So while we might not place importance upon emotion on a day to day basis, the accrual of negative emotions, our experiences, reactions, and how we manage our thought life is crucial to our physical health, survival, and quality of life. In conjunction to my previous thoughts, I created the following diagram to illustrate my thoughts. While this graph is points to some factors involved in success, and emotional congestions, these factors will vary according to individual experiences, and how we each define what success is.
Conclusion After taking the time to discuss factors, and becoming aware of them, it does not mean to say that we must stop living, or wait for perfect circumstances. Knowing and awareness means to allow the process of life to unfold, adjusting, trusting that everything you face is a part of your life journey. And remember never compare or judge your journey to someone else's. While we all have the same root goal to survive, our contributions for survival might be very different.
