Resource-Life! :)

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.

Through an earlier writing, I wrote about my presence on Instagram, where I decided to share thoughts to encourage, inspire, through the lens of being a mother. There is something about a mother, whether the relationship is strong or not, it is a bond between a mother and child, that cannot be broken. A mother is a life giver to the child. This is an eternal bond that is never taken away from her. Even if through the process of life the child is adopted, in foster care, or has to journey far, the eternal truth will still exist - the biological mother is the giver of life, and this truth can never become false.

Whilst my Instagram posts were rooted in the idea of inspiring and encouraging. I really think that they have become gentle reminders for myself, and even to inspire and encourage myself. If someone is trying to promote positive outlook for others, it never means that everything is perfect for that being who is trying to promote positivity, inspire, and encourage others. The messiness of life happens to everyone. If there was no messiness it would not be life, because life is not linear. We just don't go from point A to B, without anything happening along the way. The messiness of life doesn't mean that we don't sink sometimes, and it does not mean that we'll never learn to float. It is in the sinking and the floating that we begin to understand how we ourselves might adjust to the messiness, or life events, so that we can see through to the beauty of life, even through the messiness. The problem is that most people get stuck, this includes myself. We become stuck and think that we will never rise or float. We can think of this idea of being stuck as negative emotions. I actually believe that negative emotion is a cause of sickness. Negative emotion is energy, if we don't find ways of releasing this, it actually becomes painful, and manifests itself in the physical realm.

While I might be saying this from personal experience, you may also find examples from your own life experiences. A good way to understand how our body reacts to the messiness or points where we feel stuck is to notice what happens with your thought patterns, and if this has a positive or negative effect upon the body. Negative emotion can be viewed as a type of internal congestion, a trap that needs to be moved, released, so that we human beings can activate our creative forces as life givers. When I say life givers it does not literally mean give birth, although it does include this; it means to give life to what is happening within. Is theres an idea, a thought, a voice, a thing that you have been thinking about? Write it out, somehow, somewhere give that thing life. If you choose to act upon it or not, that is up to you, but the crucial point is to make explicit what is implicit. If it is positive or negative, release it from your thought life. This is one example of moving internal baggage.

We can think of thought life as our body. If we eat unhealthy, or know that if we eat a certain type of food it will affect us in a certain way. Would we purposely hurt our body through eating what will destroy us? Eating food for pleasure, or sustaining the body, is much different to knowing that a food is going to do you harm if you eat too much, or even too less of something. It is easier to think of emotions when we think in terms of a thing, in this case, the example of food. This example should ease with the understanding of emotion. Emotional congestion is very real, the only way we really see it's existence is through our actions, or even when this energy manifests itself as pain, disease, or even destructive. This is why even through the messiness, points of sinking, or getting stuck, we have to find outlets to release this negativity, and remind ourselves that we are not perfect beings. We are human beings trying to do our best, with the resources that we have.

Remind yourself that the real resource is you. Anything in life that comes your way can be resolved. There may be points where there will be the initial reactionary process, but this is also another learning curve. Learn to trust. Trust that whatever happens in your life, was mean't to happen for you, as part of life's teachings. Learn to trust what you feel, and let go of what you can't control. Trust even the points where you felt stuck, or a bit of sinking, as this was and is a part of the life giving process.
