As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect. We can think of thought life as our body. If we eat unhealthy, or know that if we eat a certain type of food it will affect us in a certain way. Would we purposely hurt our body through eating what will destroy us? Eating food for pleasure, or sustaining the body, is much different to knowing that a food is going to do you harm if you eat too much, or even too less of something. It is easier to think of emotions when we think in terms of a thing, in this case, the example of food. This example should ease with the understanding of emotion. Emotional congestion is very real, the only way we really see it's existence is through our actions, or even when this energy manifests itself as pain, disease, or even destructive. This is why even through the messiness, points of sinking, or getting stuck, we have to find outlets to release this negativity, and remind ourselves that we are not perfect beings. We are human beings trying to do our best, with the resources that we have. My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)
