Prayer: You remember dear God the nightmare I had, the tears that awakened the earthquake within my heart. It was with great strength, I reached out to you. Not knowing anything about you, who you were, but it was a calling in my heart. If dear God through a working in me, through the words that I utter, If it is within my capacity. I ask you to bless what it is in my heart, reveal it before me. Before my eyes. Reveal what it is you have placed within my heart. I ask you for strength, as I sacrifice in your name. The path that you have placed within in me, it is not easy. Sometimes I want to quit, but then you appear, right there in my dreams, reminding me. For every child may there be love, health, peace & blessings. God Bless You.

"The Greatest"

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to pause and reflect. 2016 was met with many trials and tribulations. Some I understood, and some that I did not. Not knowing where this path was leading me, but with a simple curiosity, to know and to figure out - what was happening through the journey. Through my travels I discovered the deep divides that were rooted within the American Political system. I also learned about the various monarchies, and leaderships, and their workings that can be assimilated with the phrase "Game Of Thrones".

No one told me anything about this "game" I just basically was figuring everything out, whilst on my twitter journey I went my path that led me astray, because I did not understand. In my innocence, I had to go through this path as well. At the time it did not align with what stirred in my heart. But today I am back on the path, and am actually grateful for the little detour, because it is through these I was finally able to understand the divides, and essentially the "Game Of Thrones".

As much as I am grateful, I am also sad because of these deep rooted divides. The natural disasters, the terror attacks, shootings, and the deaths of notable athletes, singers, stars, and figures, you can't help but think that these are orchestrated strategic plots. They are like arrows and daggers purposely done, to hurt and harm specific individuals. The following article from the The New York Times shares stories about the many lives that were lost this year. The Lives They Lived

With the new year approaching, I decided to share some of my happy moments (Facebook post). As much as there are worldly events and struggles, we all have personal struggles as well.  It is important to remember that there are many grievances along this path, but there are moments to be happy for. These are the moments that enrich our lives and keep our path to moving forward. Thank you 2016.

Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to all beings, to the lives that are lost, you left us too soon, To the ones that remain, may we all strive for the creation of peace. To the detours (Washington) thank you God for saving me and helping me to understand. To the learning (Natural Disasters, Fires, Bloodshed's, Strategies) I am sad of this learning, but it is this awareness that is a hearts striving for the creation of a peace for the children of today and tomorrow. May the cycle of abuse and violence, be restored to that of a cycle of love. My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)

The Soul's Jihad

"Resilience In The Face Of Adversity Is The Highest Predictor Of Success."

September 29th 2016, Fred Cuellar

Muslims define Jihad as a war or a struggle that is in opposition to the Muslim belief. However, there is also another definition that Muslims give to Jihad, this is the Spiritual struggle within the self. The internal struggle, in simple terms become a better human being. Eastern Asian philosophy can define these thoughts with the following quote:

Picture

To understand more about what goes on in the mind of a Jihadist who is fighting the "radical Islamic war" I came across the following Ted Talk. It helped me to understand what goes on inside the mind of someone who has decided to take up arms, in the name of "God". I found the speakers story interesting as it revealed, that any one who has traversed on a path that is not healthy, can be reformed. It takes a strong person to say that this is wrong, and go against the crowd. These thoughts can be transferred to, gang members, or anyone who has been involved in criminal activity. If society was to embrace you, give chances for human reform, move away from a stereotype, or a prejudice, could there be more room, and more resources available for human reform?

Thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)

The Eyes Of Hope

"Where Flowers Bloom So Does Hope."  -
Lady Bird Johnson, Former First Lady of The USA

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace , and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect upon my previous thoughts. I ponder upon my first few opening lines that I usually begin my thoughts with. I ask myself, why I even began to open my thoughts with these lines? It was because: when writing thoughts, we have to be in a space that unites the public self with the private self. A space the requires a type of quietness, so that the ability to allow the pen to flow with the paper arises. This is the metaphoric land that I refer to when I begin my writing.

As I am traversed into this "land" I have met road bumps, and as we have all witnessed - the cruelty of terror, the unmasking of deceptive leadership, and the strings of deaths. All of these happenings, can affect anyone. It will affect everyone at the psychological / emotional level. The danger is that these trauma's become so large that they will manifest themselves physically, into stroke or even heart attacks. This is why when we feel the pain of trauma creeping, it is important to express these through an outlet that is healthy, such as physical activity, or the expressive arts, etc.

I think that for me right now, it is about writing these truths and sharing them. To me creating an awareness, and allowing others to know gives me a sense of some what  - peace. Because not everyone will understand what you are trying to say through a conversation. And sometimes it is better to leave certain things unsaid. Simply to let others figure out what is not being told.

So as 2016 comes to a close, I thought to myself that yes, there has been an influx of negativity, harsh brutal negativity, but there has also been many positive moments, particularly for displaced communities, especially the people of Syria who have been living through the horror of war. Also yesterday we witnessed the Japanese President Shinzo who sent heartfelt thoughts, as he visited Pearl Harbor. This was a historic moment, and will be honored by our President - Elect Donald Trump. In his visit Shinzo offered thoughts of everlasting peace for both nations. War is easy. It is easy to take up arms, but having the courage to forgive, that requires the vastness of the heart.
"I offer my sincere and everlasting condolences to the souls of those who lost their lives here" Shinzo Abe - Japanese Prime Minister

We also just recently learned of the historic US decision by the current administration that allowed the U.N resolution to pass. This was a resolution that was condemning West Bank and East Jerusalem Settlements. In the words of Israel's President he claims that: This will make the Palestinian situation more difficult and "drive peace further way" - The Obama administration has actually used this vote as an intentional move to once again protect his own presidential legacy, without honoring the relationship between the nations of Israel and the United States of America. And also another road bump to harm the peaceful transfer of power to President Elect Donald Trump.

We all want peace in the Middle East, just as the war in Syria, or other parts of the world, such as Kashmir, or Africa where the children are hunger stricken, or don't even have access to clean water. The US vote could also be a something for President - Elect Donald Trump to think about. How can we keep good relations with the nation of Israel, and also find a peaceful resolution of the Middle East? The timing of this US vote can be called into question as it creates tensions between two nations that are strong allies.

Creating such an awareness of world issues requires courage. Once someone has come into this awareness, it actually becomes a duty to share this learning., because ultimately the invisible price of being an educator is the social responsibility. It is not about taking a side, it is about serving to the best of your ability, with an unbiased lens, thinking about what is best for all.

As we move into 2017, as well as my own personal goals, it is my hope that all parties arrive as a parity so that President - Elect Donald Trump can have a peaceful inauguration. The transfer of power historically in the USA has been one of peace, let us hope that this history also continues with our new President, for those that have supported him, and for those who have opposed him, I say: give him a chance, Ultimately he would not have ran for President if he did not have the passion to make a difference. He found his passion through the bitter pain that has divided America. Is it now time to show the world what a United Strong America can achieve. Let us hope for working together for a strong safe United States Of America. Countries of the world look to USA for hope, let us heal our divides.

2017 - May there be Love, Health, Blessings and Peace! :)

Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to all beings, and to the United States of America. Let us heal our divides, and build a strong nation, for the generations whose eyes are hungry for peace. my thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)

The Greatest Minds Always Have
Faced The Greatest Opposition - Shazi

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace and blessings. The other day my daughter read the above lines. These are the lines that I open my thoughts with most of the time. In her words, she said: Mama, how can you say that you are escaping to love and peace when you are writing about terror attacks? And I said: Yes, you are absolutely right! So I immediately edited my thoughts , I praised her and thanked her for her feed forward. This is why I like to call feed back - feed forward, It is an instant positive. Suggesting that as we move forward, these are points of improvement.

As I wrote about the terror attacks that the world has been shrouded with, by the constant terror and turmoil this year. I also think about the sudden deaths in general. It is just heartbreaking. Each and every day. Once again it is like a new normality, that populations must get used to, but should we? We should not get used to these, because these sudden deaths are not coincidental. These deaths are staged. They are purposely staged by Presidents, Monarchies, and world leaders. These deadly shootings are done on purpose. In Chicago alone there was about 40 deaths ths past Christmas weekend.

These shootings are done on purpose, and then the public is fooled to thinking that  - Oh this person died of a heart attack, cancer, or whatever it may be. I am not saying that some of these deaths are not real, or related to the actual cause. But I am saying that most if not all of these deaths are staged, its like a video game:

Scenario:

Oh my says the President ; This {person} hurt my ego
I will have to have my gang go out and kill so and so

Then

Oh my says the Monarch / World Leader:
They killed one of our people, we will have to go out and kill so and so
Lets get our Underground members to kill, this person or that person.

And so, you all get the jist of what I am trying to say. The deaths that are staged are fooling the public and tampering with the public emotion at large. And all the time, when the Governments who are trying to protect their people actually end up hurting their people. This public upset is causing a type of macro trauma, at the psychological level. And this upset is not only hurting people, it is also hurting the economy as well. No one feels good (Unless their option is retail therapy). The constant killings and murders are causing a public sadness.

If everyone wants to wants to save the human "race" and wants to fight for its survival of people, then I think that there needs to be new ways for Presidents, and Governmental structures to protect the interests of their people. This bloody cycle of violence is just a cycle of ego protecting. The danger of this type of discipline is that, we begin to place more emphasis on a system, and structure. The human beings who are enclosed within this system become less important. What kind of message is this sending to populations? We begin to replace love with discipline, when really all human beings want is to be loved. Love is the unifying factor, in both positive and negative forms.

As  I conclude my thoughts, I echo the sentiments of the Christmas messages. it is truly a time to think and question: How can nations work together to obtain peace? It is truly a time for everyone to think about this question. As I have been saying for years: This cycle of violence cannot continue. Those who desire peace will always remain at an unrest. The children of the world deserve peace.

Question: Should the human life be treated as a game?  How is human life treated as a game? What measures can be implemented as a discipline without taking a human life?

Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to the children of the world, they do not deserve a world of deceptive leaders. They are also dedicated to the latest deaths of George Micheal, Vera Rubin, and Carrie Fisher, thank you for your gifts to our world. Rest in love, rest in peace. Divine Unity

12/24/2016

In this moment, A divine stillness. A thought as I am truly grateful. A day when we are a witness to see three beautiful faiths, celebrating together.

The Month of Rabbi Awwal - The Birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day - The Birth of Jesus
Hannukah - The first of 8 days of celebration

The beauty of this stillness, is unity. A divine unity, that required no human interventions, or negotiations. These faiths  are united through a divinity that was beyond human control. This moment is a witness to show how the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim faiths are so historically related.

As I write these words, I am in awe of this beautiful divine moment.

May there be love, may there be peace.
God Bless Humanity.

Reflect - This moment required no human negotiation, no sense of doing. A simple divine unity. Thank you for your divine intervention for this contribution to the vision of religious unity.

For those who desire peace, there is always an unrest. Thank you for this heartfelt peace.

Give Peace A Chance

Picture

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect. This time as I reflect, the land is full of war, of terror, destruction. Where is the love, where is the peace? The last three thought posts were focusing on health. As I mentioned, I think that the holidays are a great time to just be with family, and friends, It is also a great time to unwind, relax, renew and replenish the body, at the physical and spiritual level, if we are able to do so.

I did not actually realize how mentally exhausted I was until the break. I am thinking that many people will probably feel the way I am and just don't open up about feeling this way. But lets put studying to the side for a minute, yes we do get tired from reading, writing papers etc, but these are also great spaces to grow our learning. What gets us as students, individuals, and society in general more exhausted and tired are the continuous strings of terror attacks. Especially in the last few days.

Please Follow this link  for a Time Line of Terror Events

Three men were shot in the Islamic Center, Zurich
Russian Ambassador to Turkey was shot at Ankara art gallery
A large truck plowed through Berlin, Germany. This was a Christmas market, where 48 were injured and 12 were killed.
In Jordon, 10 were killed and 34 wounded.
Twin bombings in Afghanistan, where 4 people were wounded.
Explosion in Mexico, leaves 35 dead
Sugar Land, Houston, Texas - A fire, cause unknown

Along with these attacks, there were also many incidents involving plane diversions, emergency landings. Shootings, car accidents etc. My tone may sound casual, and actually it is very sad, that it is casual because these types of attacks, and incidents have become "normal". It is almost as though the brain has become desensitized and accepted that this type of violence is a normal part of life.

But as I sit here, and write, tired of the deadly violence. The only way I thought I could and would be able to grapple with the extent of this fatigue is to write about it. The truth is violence should not be accepted as a normal, and the fact that I was swaying to actually think in this way, is actually very scary. If everyone sits there in silence and let's this go on as usual, then the truth is that we have become guilty, just as the abuser. It is like the bystander effect. Can we allow this type of violence to continue, right before our know eyes, and remain silenced?

As I heard about the attacks. I did not say much (via twitter), but as more and more attacks unfolded, I just realized and know it has to be terror groups fighting each other in the name of "scary monsters". No religion preaches bloodshed, and once again it is sad to see a peaceful religion of Islam be put to the forefront as a terrorist religion. It is not just the victims and families that suffer, it is also the after-math. Why should Muslims, who just want to live a simple, peaceful life have to be succumbed to the prejudice created by individuals who carry out terror acts on behalf of Governments, and Monarchies? The truth is the more deadly the act is, the more the one who carry out the attacks are paid. These individuals are paid for.

You see after one attack, there was another, and then another and so on. It is simple karma (which is what I tweeted). If you do someone wrong intentionally, without the purity of the heart, then you will be wronged. If you do someone good with the purity of the heart, then you will also receive this good. Tough love can be included in the umbrella of unconditional love, because we are insisting on a learning, not in harming.

The Turkey attack were a strategy to create bitter tensions as leaders gathered to discuss Syria. The Germany attacks were also a strategy, a revenge upon the Obama Administration who was knowingly negligent with the Syria crisis. In all of these attacks, I strongly condemn all of them, each and every one. I will also say that I am writing my words, these are truths to create an awareness. My pen is my power. This is what I have control of. How people react and respond to these words, this is not in my power.

All of these destructive acts, and the leaders behind these groups who were committing these acts - need to re-think: Is it worth it? In wanting to save the human species, you are all destroying . Not just at the physical level, but also those who are left behind - the spiritual level. As I have said many times, it is not mother nature that is destroying earth, it is human nature. And it is also human nature that is destroying human beings. All the terror, envy, jealousy, greed, and the leaders who are not able to put their differences to the side. It is time to put these all to the side. Peace deserves a chance. Not just for the sake of my words, but for the sake of humanity.

Concluding Thoughts:

The Berlin attack, comes at the very precious time of Christmas. The is a precious time for Christians, and Muslims. I think that the attackers should have considered this because you have also soured to the relations between two very closely related faith groups. I would also like to take this moment to thank Russian President Valdimir Putin, who has also continued to negotiate for peace, regardless of the bitterness that was created through the attack in Ankara.

With deep sorrow and regrets I share these thoughts, with the hope that they do not trigger a negative reactionary response, but a thoughtful response. Hearts unite for peace, unite for love.
Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to all beings, and to world leaders. I hope my words offer a point of reflection. Let us give peace a chance for the sake of humanity. My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)

Winter Solstice

It is the first day of winter. This is also known as the winter Solstice, where there will be the least amount of daylight / sunlight on this day. In many parts of the world, there is sun, in other parts it is cold, with wintry weather. Today I thought to share a herbal cold remedy, since I have been thinking about health lately. I don't keep pain killers, or traditional cold / cough medicine at home. I think that the best remedy for a cold or a cough is lots of rest, fluids, and the following Ginger, Honey and lemon remedy.

Ginger, Honey, & Lemon Remedy

Preparation:

4 Cups of water
I chunk of raw ginger peeled
1-2 teaspoons lemon
Honey as preferred

In a pot boil the water with the ginger
Boil for about 5 minutes, until the water turns slightly yellow
Pour the water in a cup
Add a teaspoon of honey
Add some drops of lemon
Drink / sip while hot

During throughout the day at least four times a day. There will be enough water boiled for four cups. Just heat up the water the next time you are ready to drink this during the day.

This remedy is really easy, i have found that it works, the trick is to make sure that you drink this more than once during the day. Also it is also a good alternative to tea or coffee if you are making a drink for a traveling mug in the winter as well.

Enjoy! Be well! Happy First Day Of Winter! :)

There are still warm hearted people, in this cold world. - quote

A Nourishing Thought

Winter Wonder - A Nourishing Thought - Shazi! :)
As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect. The truth is that I am grateful for some time to relax during the Christmas break. As well as it is a time to celebrate, this is also a nice time to take some time for the self, to replenish. It is cold, snowy, icy. It feels good to be wrapped up in cozy blankets. For these I am grateful.

Relax, Breathe, Imagine, Smile - Shazi :)

I was just taking the time, watching the kids. It seems like yesterday, that son was born, a tiny four pound baby Premie. He dropped down to about three pounds the day after he was born, It was a happy time, but also a scary time, as I watched him being attached to wires, tubes, and all sorts. He was tiny. He developed jaundice. This is a common condition that develops in babies, after they are born. So I (teen mum) decided to do some research about jaundice, and why it occurs in babies. I found that it is common and goes away after a few days, but it can also be very dangerous. Son's did not improve. So the doctor decided that phototherapy would be a good option for him. This is a type of fluorescent light treatment that helps to normalize the levels of bilirubin in the baby.

The nurses told me that I had to increase the amount of breast feeding times. This was how I could help the most. So I was feeding baby son, about 8 - 10 times per day. I was happy because I was doing something good for his healing. And with time, patience, and great care, I am thankful to the medical practitioners who were able to guide me, for the care of my new - born.

As a first - time mother, it has to be said - it does not matter how many books you read about the topic, the information is very helpful, but the experience is truly one that you learn with. I am glad that we were able to work with the medical practitioners to obtain his care. This point hits at my previous thoughts - although my stance was anti-medicalization, and that a holistic approach needs to be thought of.  I still stand firm upon this thought, but also value the contributions of the medical community, who save lives, and find medical solutions on a daily basis.

Ever since the time I received the words from the nurse, as a new mother, I decided to continue to breast feed my son. It ended up being for two years. This was the same in the case of our two daughters as well. It was convenient, natural, nourishing, and what else but : free! Also, breast milk is easily digestible, can eliminate many stomach aches for the baby, as compared to baby milk formula, and animal milk. I also found that there are essential anti - bodies that can strengthen the babies immune system. The same anti - bodies that the baby receives through the placenta, are the same that are also found in breast milk. So with that said: I thought that breast milk was a vital source for a babies transitions, from the womb, to the world.

Properties and Components Of Breast Milk: Source - www.gentlebirth.org

Anti-infective factors - During the first 10 days there are more white cells per ml than there are in blood.Macrophages and neutrophils are amongst the most common leucocytes in human milk and they surround and destroy harmful bacteria by their phagocytic activity.

Secretory IgA and interferon are important anti-infective agents produced in abundance by lymphocytes in human milk.

Immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, IgM and IgD are all found in human milk. Of these the most important is IgA, which appears to be both synthesised and stored in the breast. It 'paints' the intestinal epithelium and protects the mucosal surfaces against entry of pathogenic bacteria and enteroviruses. It affords protections against E. coli, salmonellae, shigellae, streptococci, staphylococci, pneumococci, poliovirus and the rotaviruses.

Lysozyme is present in breast milk in concentrations 5000 times greater than in cow's milk. It is a well known general anti-infective agent and its activity appears to increase during lactation.

Lactoferrin is abundant in human milk but is not present in cow's milk. It effects the absorption of enteric iron, thus preventing pathogenic E. coli from obtaining the iron they need for survival.

The bifidus factor in human milk promotes the growth of Gram-positive bacilli in the gut flora, particularly Lactobacillus bifidus, which discourages the multiplication of pathogens. Babies who are fed on cow's milk formula have Gram-negative (potentially pathogenic) bacilli in their gut flora.

Picture
Newborns are susceptible to infections. As parents or new mothers, I think that if we can reduce these through breast milk, then why not? Sometimes breastfeeding a newborn like I did for two years (each child), will be difficult for a mother who is working, or on the go. However, there is the option of breast pumping the milk. I have done this, I found that the baby will sometimes reject this because he / she prefers the natural breast. It is unfortunate that some mothers find it difficult to breastfeed. These are also due to the demands of the family unit, the busyness, social, financial, and economical reasons as well. The mother has to sacrifice time and energy, making sure that she is also taking good care of her own nourishment.

My thoughts can also be linked to this very idea of thought itself. Speaking at the level of the macro - Society has become obsessed with speed, and output. But reflection and thought demand a type of stillness, so that matters and topics can be thought about. Thought is being highly devalued in today's technological era. Output is seen, or it's value is tangible, it can be held, etc. A thoughts true value can only be seen when it has been acted upon. This also requires time.

Picture
Picture
As I am in the process of developing my thoughts about this topic. I think back to the breast milk and wonder, how many infections could be prevented if there was more choice for a new mother who does not feel constrained because of social circumstance. Could there be more pro - choice for breast feeding babies if mothers were supported? And I think about the danger of neglecting thought. Thoughts are necessary to bringing about positive social change. Change / continuous improvement takes time. It does not happen overnight. It is simply important to remember that everyone is unique. It is within our own divinity, that we find our uniqueness. It is what makes up each individual, woven - the fabric of our society.

I am currently still thinking about the idea of reflective thoughts, and its devaluation or not.

As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect. The truth is that, yesterday Craig Sager passed away. As the world begins to come to terms with this heavy loss, I wanted to take the time to thank everyone in the sports world for taking the time to remember him. From moments of silence to express the sadness of his loss, to moments of joy to celebrate his life. I think that we can all say Craig Sager was truly one of a kind. This was such a heavy loss, but I know that he would want everyone to continue to be strong, to live, be happy, be free, and embrace everything that life has to offer.
Moments of Silence and Joy.

Statement from NBA Commissioner
His death reminded me of my cousin in the U. K. She was 4 years old when she was diagnosed with Lupus. This is a blood disease, which is unfortunately circulating through my immediate family. She was always in and out of the hospital for treatment. When she was well, spending two weeks at home without visiting the hospital was considered good . She had dreams of being a nurse. Loved watching films. She had a vibrancy for life. Just after her 16th birthday, she was suddenly hospitalized. She was in intensive care. Her life was on the brink. I decided to go and see her. When I arrived, it was very shocking, and upsetting. I held her hand. During the night, she passed away. The following video clip is a famous poem by the poet Muhammad Iqbal. It was one she loved.
As I think about her death, and her life. I think about the medicines, and the interventions that she received. On the one hand, I am grateful. We are all grateful for the cure that she received. On the other hand, it is very upsetting, because cases like hers will receive trial treatments. Interventions where doctors are also uncertain about the effect.

The same can be said for all medicinal ingredients. There is a certain amount of good that they will do. But there is also this thing called side - effects. So as patients receive treatments for the actual health issue, then they will also receive more drugs to calm the side effects. Anti - depressants that are classified as SSRI - Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor. These are popular drugs such as Zoloft, Paxil and Prozac. These drugs are said to assist with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions actually can do much more harm. They alter the chemical state of the brain. The more these are taken in, the more the natural brain state alters, as the brain gets used to the intake. The same can be said for any addictive drug, as well as nicotine.

Society has become reliant and dependent upon medicine. This is due to life style. Everyone wants a fast cure. If you are depressed, pop the pill etc. No one can afford to miss school, or work. There is an economic consequence to being sick or falling ill. However, it seems like everyone is forgetting, that the body has the ability to heal itself overtime. There are non - medicinal interventions that people can use. For example: A Person who is suffering from depression, may find it easier to take a pill, than to attend an 8 week therapy session. The drug will provide short term healing, along with side effects. The therapy program will require more time investment, but the healing effects will be long - term.

There are many advances in technology. Sometimes medicine and technology will not be enough to cure anyone. Maybe it is time to think about how holistic medicine, and the medical community could work together. Practitioners could form focus groups, to think about methodologies. Ideas could be exchanged, to develop preventative methods that consider the patient first, rather than the solution that will be the most profitable.

Fact: In her life Frida Kahlo had 32 operations on her spine, none of which were able to cure her.

Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to all, to those who are suffering yet still find a way to smile. To the memory of Craig Sager. We love you and miss you. We will always be Sager Strong, we celebrate your life. Thank you. My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)
