As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.

If you asked my kids about the type of movies I like, they'll probably tell you Disney animation, Disney films classics, or the soppy romantic love stories. I always tell them that theres so much violence, devastation, disaster happening in the world, why would I spend more time watching this on TV (Netflix)? This is what I thought about when I watched the film "22 July".

"22 July" is a based on a true story that portrays the terrorist attack that happened in Norway in July 22nd, 2011. The plot reveals one man plotting and carrying out terror attacks with the use of a van explosion, and shooting youth at a summer camp. These were adolescents, hopeful future leaders, contributors to the nation. His cause and belief was to protect the nation of Norway, to keep it "pure", with a dislike to immigration, refugee migration, diversity, inclusion, mimicking Nazi infested ideas in Norway and Europe. I thought about this portrayal, maybe I thought too much? But the story  is life itself. Very real realities that are existing, and entrenched within nations. These are internal wars, or you could say "new age" wars, where divisions and divides within nation cause disruptions, and destabilize individuals physically and psychologically.

The portrayal of the terror attack is an example of real human made destruction. Which relates to my previous thoughts of natural, human made disasters, and the developed and developing world which can no longer be separated.

Whilst there are political opinions, beliefs, incidents such as terror attacks, these also reveal a lack of appreciation that individuals have of progress that has been made. Progress for human ease, and for survival.

Terror attacks as the example portrayed, the civil wars such as the Syrian refugee manufacture, Israel and Palestine, Kashmir, the internal info wars, and so on, are all examples of human made destruction.

Words of Wisdom
The Earth / World will never destroy itself.
It is the human, in the fight for its own survival,
will destroy and destruct,
thinking that one humans right to survive is
more superior to another.

Dedication: These thoughts are dedicated in remembrance to all of the victims of the July 22nd attacks that occurred in Norway. While I was disheartened to learn about these events through this film, I am grateful to have watched and learned to share with your suffering and loss, and pray that attacks like this are prevented, reduced, or never ever happen again in any part of the world. In love and prayer, God keep us safe, God Bless Us All.
