As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, health, peace, and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.

Part of the reason of why I found the regulations and codes of conduct problematic within the field of education, particularly as the K-12 level was because I felt constricted, confined, restricted, it was as though this body, the body that I possess was now in control of regulatory bodies, who could dictate what I could do, say, how to act, behave, and even think. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but I think that many leaders in the field will hear and understand what I am saying. There are those who survive within the profession, skip, or manoeuvre thier way around the rules and regulations. This is not a good or a bad thing, because it really depends upon what you are trying to do. Of course if there are unhealthy, bad, toxic, or harmful intentions, then rules / regulation need to be there. But if one wants to manoeuvre around rules / regulations to achieve some sort of good, such as: teaching students how to think curiously, where there are points of unknown, or build relationships with students for the purposes of social / emotional learning and support, then I think that his should occur.

The problem isn't so much the codes, rules and regulations. It could be that harmful behaviour of some professionals, ultimately harm the entire profession as a whole. Officials are alerted to change, adjust, or enforce new rules. I think that regulations or rules can exist alongside the allowing of "bodies", that are being regulated, in other words; service workers to be themselves, by adding new codes, or revising what already exists.

Rules, regulations try to homogenize a profession, but this can never happen. Every human is different. Trying to become someone you are not, only derives a death to the soul / spirit. For individuals to truly succeed assisting vulnerable populations, or populations of service, there has to be room for a fusion. Fusion to allow a persons personality to reveal itself. Who a person is, what is believed, and to understand why they do what they do, to make a professional practice successful.

My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)

The perfect example could give for this one is the teachers. We all know that most of them are spending too much time with their students that somehow pushed them to forget what they really want to do as a person. As a result, they have become moody and they can only release what they feel to their students, which is not right. At a very least effort, they need to separate professional and personal lives they have because that's two different fields the require tow different attention.
