For anything good to come out of any emotion it has to be processed internally. And with this I am thinking about coming to terms with what has taken place, to make some sense. Emotional processing is crucial. We all have different strategies for this. Sometimes silence can be the most effective reliever so that one can be alone with thoughts. Sometimes it is in these moments that we ourselves understand what will help us move forward, to continue upon the path of life.
