Earth Hour

As we take the time to engage and create awareness about the Earth through Earth Hour.  I lit the candles, and turned off the lights, I wondered about the many populations who don't have access to electricity, or have continuous power outages through the day and night. In the cold where there is no heating, or in the heat where electric fans, or air conditioners stop working. Earth hour does create awareness, but what about those in the circumstances I mentioned?
