 On August 18th, 2018 there was a nation wide clear the shelters day for pet animals. This day made me think about our recent adoption of a 1 month young baby rabbit, who is disabled with injury to his left foot. When we think of owning a pet, it is the traditional cat / kitten, puppy / dog, even myself who was thinking of a kitten, but have landed myself a bunny. All animals, pets whatever we decide to care for is a commitment, and responsibility that arrives with rewards. Pet animals need the same love, care, and attention as human beings, within them is also a spirit, that arrives from God. And ultimately how we treat our pets is a reflection of our character.
