As I close my eyes and drift away to a land where there is love, joy, peace and blessings. I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.

The truth is that I was wondering about the idea of knowledge as a tool. I shared this thought previously as well. Knowledge can be just as powerful as the monetary gain. Sometimes you learn something and wish you didn't know this. As the saying goes "ignorance is bliss". So what happens when you arrive in this state of knowingness? How you carry yourself with the knowledge that you possess is as important as to what you know. How are you going to be with the knowledge that you possess?

When we arrive in a state of knowingness, we possess the ability to craft our knowledge to achieve the desired outcomes. However, during this crafting process, we have to ensure that knowledge will not be used as a type of manipulative, hurtful, or harmful tool. Whilst Picasso did say: "Know the rules and break them like an artist" We should not take this quote in a negative light. In the context of education: This is  a quote that can be interpreted as an acquisition of tools to create, customize, and build as you desire, for the purposes of learning and growth. If we push or force our ideas and leave no room for students to explore, this is an absolute dis - service, and could also be deemed as unethical. We could simply ask students to consider rather than force. The human brain needs to think, flourish, wonder, imagine, create. These are some of the factors that are involved in re-creating, innovating, and effective problem solving. As educators or persons in business leadership, we have to leave some room for this process.

Knowing a subject, teaching, a subject is not enough. It is about the process of the transference. This goes back to the relationships we cultivate, and the passion of the subject that is conveyed. Young hearts, and minds are innocent treasures. With these words I share a beautiful quote, which I appreciated.

"There is a close affinity between wonder and love." - Cicorachi (2014: 161)

Let us cultivate our learning spaces with an atmosphere of warmth, and love so that creativity, wonder, and curiosity can flourish.

Dedication: The words of this being are dedicated to all beings, lets wonder, lets imagine, create! My thoughts to share with love & kindness! :)
